Now I know they only seem like the tiny little things that people search for in Google, and that by just building a massive and powerful backlink profile on any general keywords in your niche you could dominate all the rankings for all the different keywords, but you couldn’t be further away from the truth.

The truth is that keywords have to be researched properly, and truly optimized for, so that you can reach the best results. Doing keyword research might feel stupid and boring, and although I agree about it being the latter, it definitely isn’t stupid.

There are literally millions of keywords out there, out of which some keywords are easy to rank for and some are not. Then there’s the number of searches they get, because where one keyword gets 5000 unique searches a day, another keyword might get three.

Finding the most profitable and quite frankly the best keywords means that you need to put together a list of keywords that are both relatively easy to rank and receives plenty of searches each day.
